Bidding & Purchases
A bid acknowledged by an auction official is a legal contract to purchase the item.
All purchases are final. No exchanges or refunds are allowed unless otherwise noted.
Per IRS regulations, auction items will be awarded to one purchaser only (unless otherwise specified).
Payment & Checkout
Cashier and check-out will open at the conclusion of the program.
We encourage combining your purchases into one payment.
For live auction items, payment in full is required tonight.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, VISA, or MasterCard.
Auction Policies
PROVAIL reserves the right to add or withdraw any items prior to bidding.
Please review all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on items and services carefully.
Gift certificates to restaurants do not include tax, gratuity, or alcohol unless otherwise noted.
Trips, Experiences & Events
Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise noted.
No refunds are permitted for canceled, lost, or unused tickets and/or accommodations.
Item Descriptions & Liability
PROVAIL strives to describe and catalog all items accurately; however, all items are sold as-is.
PROVAIL neither warrants nor represents and shall not be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the property.
No statement in this catalog or made orally shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability for tax purposes or general value.
Item Pick-Up
We request all auction items be taken the night of the auction, unless otherwise indicated or arranged.
Assistance will be available for moving larger items.
