For more than 80 years, PROVAIL has led the way in supporting people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. Founded in 1942 by parents determined to create opportunities for their children, PROVAIL has grown into one of Washington's leading disability service providers.

Today, PROVAIL supports more than 1,000 people each year through Assistive Technology and Speech and Occupational Therapy; Supported and Assisted Living Services; and Employment Services. We help people build the skills, connections, and opportunities to thrive.
